Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from date of purchase. UPS delivers Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  We currently ship ONLY within the lower continental 48 states.  Please call for orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and all International shipping destinations.

Returns & Replacements
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items for an exchange or receive a refund for purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date, with proof of purchase. Please contact Progressive Gardens at service@progressivegardens.com with animage and proof of purchase to generate a return authorization number (RA#) before retunring your items. If you receive a damaged item in your original shipment, please notify us immediately for replacement. Please keep all packaging materials.
